EVERYCARE ROMFORD

I have been with Everycare Romford for the past 3 years and they have absolutely amazing care they have encouraged to be more independent to go out by myself and encourage me to do things for myself last year I had an accident which the district nurses said if it wasnt for Everycare Romford quick response I wouldve ended up with third-degree burns on my legs that quick response save me from going to hospital and having a skin Graph when is the district nurses came every other day to change the bandages there was always a carer or a member of management there to assist me on the bed so the district nurses could do their job I have been with many care companies since my car accident but every care are the only ones that I feel that Ive had a really had time for me And encouraged me and helped me to do things for myself and also I really helped me with my mental health Anything is never too much for the management or the staff they always go above and Beyond nothing is too much trouble for staff or management they always make you feel able to talk to them even if its about personal problems or you need help with anything outside your care I am absolutely 100% happy and look forward to the carers coming in the morning afternoon teatime bed call they are always friendly and easily and easy to approach they have really helped me starting to get back to my old self before the accident I am truly grateful for every care and their team for all the help and support to be honest I think I would like to be lost without them Im just sad that I didnt find them when I was first looking for care keep up the good work Everycare Romford Management and staff members to me you are amazing and I can never thank you enough for everything you do for me and support me

We had excellent care my family and I for my brother The nurse in question went above and beyond his work. Nothing was too much and he did everything we put on him. We are very grateful that we got Mr Mamunur. Very good and caring nurse. Cannot get better. Will definitely employ him again . Many thanks again for your very caring attitude.

I'd like to say thank you to all the staff at EveryCare Romford who looked after and cared for my son. He is severely autistic and has very challeging behaviours but they were professional and understanding in the way they dealt with him. My son is 24 6ft 1 and has no speech but they made him feel safe and comfortable. Everyone that cared for him were highly trained and knowledgable in how to cope with vunerable adults with learning difficulties. Highly Recommended.
