Just been into the shop as I'm a complete beginner and want to get into the hobby. Andy was extremely helpful and broke down the best ways to get into it, without it being too much information. The shop itself is layed out beautifully and although I only want to get involved in MESBG, the Warhammer and other models and the general atmosphere was stunning. Two gents casually playing, Andy cracking jokes (funny ones btw) whilst helping myself and other customers just made it extremely welcoming. Importantly, his understanding of how daunting getting involved in something like this can be, whether it be learning the rules and understanding how to play or the painting - he was extremely supportive and showed me some models he painted, including his very first and his latest - the difference was astounding, which really made the idea of painting models and not worrying how it looks when you're new so much less concerning. Going tomorrow for my first ever paint session and honestly I can't wait. Highly recommended to give it a visit even if you wouldn't consider it your usual cup of tea as the experience is just unlike no other way.
