I feel stress I going wrong shop I do mistake I order 4 sofa there work not tell me this sofa use for bedroom not for living room I need to return but not any help I call Romford shop where I bought I said please I do mistake I want to return they said you can't you order clearance please just one week can you help me here to return this sofa please I give delivery charges I am waiting here to reply shop workers not help me please understand my problems I really want to return

If I could give it -5 stars instead of 1 I would. This company is a disgrace and I have wasted so much of my time and energy, practically begging them to get in contact with me regarding a bed I purchased that emitted the most foul and suffocating smell. I have been forced out of my bedroom for over a month now and see no future where my situation will be resolved by them. They have refused to give any sort of solution- no refund, no exchange, NOTHING. Avoid this company at all costs. They seem extremely dodgy and I don't think its run by good people. The worst experience i've ever had from purchasing anything from anywhere. Ironic that you go to a company like this for rest and comfort when all they give you is stress and high-blood pressure.

Innovative and different bed and sofa shop. Apparently, furniture is hand made in Russia. Staff are friendly, v enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products. Didn't but anything on this occasion, but may do in future.
