On December 6, 2022 Sure removals was tasked with moving my two bedroom flat contents to a building no more than a quarter mile away. They started off okay then quit early on the first day said they would be back to finish off that never happen. A gentleman walked over with me went to a neighbours flat, loaded a box and took it wherever he was going. They damaged multiple items, but mainly my brand-new refrigerator, which I kept the protective packaging for them to use to protect it. Gentleman took pictures of damage. I havent heard from them since they never finished the job, and nobody has been in touch with me about the damage and what theyre going to do to address it. I think the most annoying and insulting part about this whole mess is, they tried to hide the worst damage by sliding my granddaughters picture over it to cover it up. Shortly after posting this review I received a phone call from Sure they didnt seem to care one iota about the damage and the state they left my flat in. Just seemed a bit upset about the bad review. Well done. You had a chance to handle it correctly and you failed miserably. So that there is no confusion this last paragraph or so was added after Sure Removals replied to my original review. I noticed theyve put my review in amongst a lot of positive reviews. Well I can assure people theyve taken quite a bit of time to fabricate their version of events but four months later, they still havent called me about the damage. Done to my brand-new fridge freezer they claim the flat was too small and I had to unpack, most of my furniture has been left in the first flat. Where am I unpacking to? I would like to thank them for putting it in writing. The fact that a professional moving company would admit that my new flat was too small to even fit. My belongings in will be very helpful in court. so thank you for that people should know had this company dealt with the damage more professionally. I wouldve never had to put up a low rating and review. Also I would like to clarify that the picture you claim is your employee, taking a picture of the damage actually took place after I caught them hiding the damage and trying to just put the fridge in the flat and get done, not one of your employees, pointed it out to me as I mentioned before, you should have been calling about the damage, not the review. Personally I think this review and your response will show a lot of prospective customers what they may be getting into.
