They took our informations and took a lot of time like 1 year and could not supply the boiler on government scheme which did promised initially. Lastly they told us government scheme isn't workable for us. One guy called Nazrul Islam and Hira they all are lazy to respond our calls who work for this company. We are very worried as they have taken a lot of informations and documents from us. As they have taken our sensitive informations we will be reporting to police about them. We are suspecting them if they have ordered any boiler on our name and selling it to somewhere else. Very disappointed from this company.

We applied for the warmer homes grant as our boiler stopped working and we were struggling with no heat and hot water for almost a month. Pro energy supplied engineers to install a new boiler and the radiators as part of this scheme. I cannot thank Mr Abrar enough. He worked hard to chase up the paperwork for us because he knew our situation. The engineers were booked immediately as soon as the paperwork was completed and came to install window ventilators, loft insulation and the boiler and radiators. All of this was done within 3/4 weeks. The engineers who came to our house were really friendly, kind, helpful and worked really hard despite the cold weather conditions. They never complained and did such a good job and even cleaned up after themselves in places were there was a mess. Thank you so much to the whole team and especially to Mr Abrar for always communicating with us and for replying whenever we needed you. My family are so so grateful to you all because we now have a warm home with a working boiler and good radiators. Thank you so much! Services: Thermostat installation, Heating system installation
