Despite the mixed reviews, I have to say, this surgery provides an excellent service. The ladies on the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly - they have always tried to accommodate appointments, particularly in urgent cases. I couldn't recommend this surgery enough - all the doctors and nurses are very professional and helpful. We feel very fortunate to be registered with a good running surgery, particularly during these difficult times and the challenges the NHS are facing.

  • Terrible staff. Terrible treatment of the patient. I visited them today and asked for an appointment with a doctor, I didnt even have time to say anything, they said there were no poitments. And they gave one phone number to call from 12:00. I called many times but no one answered. Is it normal. I have been walking for 3 days with a high temperature and my throat is very sore. I can't eat or drink. My ear and head hurt a lot. There was something white in my throat. I returned to the clinic again and they told me to call that number again. There is no appointment with the doctor. Is this the attitude towards people. So you can die. Terrible.

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment, for years everytime ive tried they have been fully booked for weeks and impossible to get an emergency appointment. Then once you do get in they are horrendous, been in for sleep problems several times and they tell me the nhs doesnt help with that, even though on their website it does. Just fob you off, every problem I go in with they are uninterested and unhelpful and in a rush to get me out the door. So poor i now pay for private rather than go here.

It is impossible to get a doctor's appointment The best thing they say to you is try tomorrow, maybe you can appointment This means that whenever I get sick, I have to go to hospitals 17 Waite to see a doctor. I got seriously ill on Sunday and today is Wednesday and I still couldn't make an appointment with the doctor. If she has a urine test and such things that are not taken, she will tell you to take yourself to the hospital. If you make your work so funny, why don't you find a comedy job instead of playing with a sick person?

Massive challenge to get an appointment. A month ago my son was not considered sick enough to be seen by a rude receptionist so we w eded up the same night at Queens hospital where my son had a surgery. Horrible misjudgment with a pinch or arrogant behaviour. Stay away if you have a choice.
