Not helpful, and when you no longer need them they are still pushy for appointments and rude down the phone and very pushy to your face

What can I say about Maximus employment and training. They are the worst organisation I have ever experienced. I attended the Work and Heath programme two years ago, and as a customer subjected to bullying, unrealistic expectations, lying, and false allegations, and staff seemed incapable of understanding your aspirations. I am about to participate in the governments Restart scheme which is almost identical to the previous programme. However Restart provider guidelines section 8.12 state a participant cannot be mandated to any unpaid work experience, apply for paid employment, attend a job interview, or take up employment. They also cannot mandate seeing you face to face or digitally, no less than two weekly, and no less than four weekly face to face.
