        Absolutely disorganised... Booked three telephone appointments to assess suitability for taking part in a trial... . Postponed twice and after sitting waiting for half an hour for the final phone call, I phoned their office to be told that they don't do phone assessments and I should have travelled to their office. This is despite phoning the previous day to confirm the phone appointment! Decided not to take part.... Glad I did when I read the review about the visit to the clinic after a long drive and wait only to be told the trial had finished.
