The worst experience ever The subbed the job out without telling me They promised the earth and delivered nothing Promised export packing Special attention to covering high value items Arrive 8.30 am three guys hardly spoke English Old cardboard cartons Ran out of buy me wrap We spent 4 hours packing boxes They took 8 hours to pack stuff They f didnt even cover expensive suite at any stage The are a joke Dont touch

GS MOVING - goes through to Bishops Removal and we paid Bishops Moving...the lads were great but management GABRIELA used blackmail/threatening to get more many for us stating lorry got stopped for overweight and so a third lorry had to be booked...mind we were domestic 2 bed flat moving..when lorry arrived at our new area they refused to unload our property unless we paid over and above which was quoted 744 to 2860..?!?! If we didn't pay they would take our property and charge daily storage charges....There was 2 lorries only (one full the other half full) there was no third lorry only a transit van and not our error if guys overloaded there lorry !! DO NOT USE!! Star for lads only

Have had an absolutely horrific experience using GS Moving. I engaged them last June for shipping personal items from UK to Ireland. At the time they indicated the shipment would take 2-3 days, in the end it took over three weeks and nearly half our items were missing. Following months (4months) of following up to determine where our missing items were, they had confirmed they cannot be found and would agree a compensation amount with us. This was not an easy task as they dont reply to emails or phone calls. Despite this agreement in place since November we are yet to receive any payment of compensation. To say this has been a bad experience is an understatement, we have lost a number of coveted personal items that cant be replaced and have received no apologies in earnest from the company. I am not allowing them to get away without compensation though and will be following up to ensure we get what is due.

We moved last summer from the UK to Italy. On the agreed day of pick up no-one showed up. After a couple of phone calls we were promised a different day finally 2 people showed who started loading our belongings like they are trash, no covering no protecting absolutely nothing and like that wasn't enough I was asked to help them because I was not doing anything. To this day I regret I went through with them and I did not stop at that point were the unprofessionalism was already obvious. The estimated delivery was 2-3 days, brace yourselves it took them 1 month and a half to actually bring our belongings split in 2 deliveries. We are still missing an item which they have promised to bring us and insurance compensation for all the furniture that was destroyed. STAY AWAY or you will see your belongings either destroyed or lost. Thank you GS moving for making our moving from one country to the other the worse experience ever!
