HML Romford

Extortionate service charges for a block which is never repaired, kept tidy or looked after. Weeks to answer emails (unless you owe them money...)

I have a flat morgage in romford and this company send us a letter that we need to pay 7000 pounds for changing windows.... i took a loan of 7000 and paid straigh away.... after one year nothing happened they want another 7k.... i took another loan and payed them.... after another couple of months they send me letter that i need to pay another 4k....... i have two infant kids i cant afford more to take loans ... now they want me to pay service charge... for the flat.... i swear im not going to pay a penny more.... the worst conpany ever... its been 2 and half years they even didnt star worka nothing......

I wouldnt even give HML any stars!. We have had to deal with this company for many years and it has become increasingly frustrating dealing with them. Heidi is our point person but she doesnt really respond to any emails!, or help us. We have had so many issues living in our flats and no help or slow help from them Its basically the neighbours who run it and then Takecare of it. In my opinion, We are over charged every year for service charges which is supposed to be for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties which havent been done or even done properly!. There is so much money in our reserves and they still say how we have to pay to have meetings out of hours ridiculous!. We are making plans for the coming future to move from here, which I will not miss now dealing with this management company. Its so stressful! Its ashame as where we are located is such a nice place!. UPDATE: got a response from this company. Replied back but still nothing has been resolved or no reply!. Keep saving my pennies so I can move out of here!!
