Halls Of Ivy Training Academy

i attended the academy for 2 years started with beauty then went onto hair. Alex the tutor was lovely and friendly! when i turned 16 i was supposed to start an apprenticeship because i needed to get my level 2, gemma the woman who does the apprenticeships found 1 salon for me and they decided not to take me on! after that there was no talk about finding me a salon at all! i was still attending the academy doing nothing when i couldve started my level 2!! i have had to leave the academy due to me being jobless for almost a year and i have even sent them a message telling them that i am not happy! to which they completely ignored!! the academys good but if your looking to start an apprenticeship look elsewhere!!

Went to Halls of Ivy to learn Nails & Makeup. A very welcoming place with lovely tutors and likeminded people. It was such good fun, you really don't have to be nervous. And I also learnt a lot. Information explained clearly and tutors happy to answer any questions, and go above and beyond to help. The office staff were also very supportive during my time. My time at Halls will always be fond memories and it has allowed me to go on and do amazing things I've always wanted to!

Had a trim today, I have been here quite a lot so I feel comfortable having my hair done by students. They make you feel welcome, always offer a drink, great communication between student and teacher. They are so helpful and professional.

Helena is an absolutely amazing tutor I learned so much from her I'm forever grateful. I learned alot from Sara too doing day courses on the weekends she is so friendly polite and professional nothing but good things to say about my time learning level 3 beauty and day courses at halls of ivy
