Tonu has been fantastic from beginning to end, supportive and understanding of a tenants needs and reality. She ensured we were involved with check in and check out inventory and took the time to chat things through with us and involve us in any decision. She also has been extremely fair at a time where housing costs are rising. We look forward to reaching out again when moving back to London!

Tonu at Homesearch Properties has been the best. Im an overseas landlord and have been bitten by contractors who have charged me a substantial amount of money and provided a below standard refurbish with a mountain of things going wrong once they left which had to be rectified. Tonu came on the scene and took over for me. She is super responsive and attentive to mine and my tenants needs. She seeks to get the best contractors at the best price for me.
