Jackie Meyer

I am grateful to have counselling with Jackie. Jackie is so understanding, insightful and helpful. Every session there is progress and I leave with more self-awareness. Jackie has helped me realise things about myself that I would never have thought about and has helped me open up. In the sessions there is a good balance of Jackie listening and challenging/having an input in what I say, which helps me to rationalise my thoughts, behaviours and issues. I would definitely recommend Jackie.

Been seeing Jackie for the past few months, she has changed my life on so many levels. She really helped open my eyes to self belief and is continuing to help me through a really dark period of my life. Cant thank her enough!

Jackie is a friendly and relaxed counsellor but also challenges you when you need challenging. My favourite thing about Jackie was her desire to help but she was also able to gently send me on my way when she knew I no longer needed her support. Most important of all, I would go straight back to Jackie if I needed support in the future.

I feel extremely lucky and greatful to have met Jackie. She has encouraged me to be the best version of myself and I have seen significant positive changes within myself since having therapy sessions with her. She is genuine, kind, caring and honest and challenges you when needed to help you grow. She is very empathetic and I always feel like I'm being understood and listened to. She creates a lovely calming atmosphere which I always look forward to. Overall a brilliant highly supportive therapist whom I'd definitely recommend. Thank you for everything Jackie!! x
