        I have black taxi insurance with this firm as the underwriters and after a smashed rear windscreen i have nothing but hassle trying to get it fixed , its not just them but every firm they continually pass you onto. They wont honour there own policy wording. shocking. AVOID AVOID

        Do not use!!! Have a Fleet Insurance with them! they took one of the vans for repairs after an accident. That was in June 2022 and I still dont have the van back, been calling them everyday since and everyday is a different answer we dont know where the van is , oh you dont have it, we cant find someone to fix it. I still have to pay for the van out of my pocket as they refuse to cover it. They now just refuse to take my calls whenever I try or just ask me for all the info as per the policy and transfer my call to 5 other people that ask me the same thing just so I can finally be told to just wait. Do not use them they just run an insurance scam its not worth saving a few pounds with them just so you pay more if an accident happens. Update February 2023 and the van is stil not fixed latest news is that hey found a shop that can fix it and they are awaiting for the air bags since December so its still a long way to go. Also found out that the shops that can repair this electric vans in uk refuse to work with this company as they DONT PAY found this out by calling all shops that I could find on Google.
