Comprehensive Removals

Comprehensive Removals moved us from our flat to our new home in Wickford. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The office staff were polite and professional and always answered the phone when we called. Jason, who visited our flat to carry out the quotation was very knowledgeable and put our very stressful minds at ease. The team who moved our belongings were excellent. Fun but very hard working and made the day go smoothly. 10/10 Thanks Team!

Wouldnt use again or recommend. Didnt bother to check what items I was moving and used a very old list from a telephone conversation I had with someone in their office from over a year ago. What they should have done was ask me to send a picture of all my items or come to my home and check themselves. When they arrived immediately wanted more money. Took cigarettes breaks every 30mins, which resulted in taking much longer and me receiving a parking ticket. I still gave them a tip which I wish I hadnt now.

Our removal day from our home of 36 went extremely smoothly and efficiently due to the herculean efforts of Barry, Michael and Scott from Comprehensive Removals. They remained cheerful, friendly and willing throughout the whole day. I cannot believe the weight of some of the items they moved for us - especially some of the planters from the garden. Thank you guys, we really appreciated your friendly but professional approach. Would highly recommend this team!
