UPDATE This was originally a one star review per my original review below. The seller delivered on their promise and sent the order free of charge. It arrived in just four days. I have been using Stoneglow candles and diffusers for a number of years since I was gifted a diffuser and loved the fragrance and longevity. I hope when I order again that Stoneglow communicates properly should there be further "Brexit" issues. Interestingly most other UK companies have well sorted Brexit issues out as let's face it, it's 2022 and we're well along the Brexit road. I've upgraded by two further stars because I received the order as promised and in a timely manner, but this was only communicated via this review and not via email which would have made for a more professional experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW I live in Ireland and as Stoneglow advertise that they ship Internationally , I believed them! A month later and the order was returned to Stoneglow not once but twice. The only reason I know this is because I was the one to contact Stoneglow when the order hadn't arrived after 13 days. Twice I asked the customer service agent what the problem was and twice she declined to give me an answer. Stoneglow made no attempt to contact me to resolve the issue. Sadly it seems that Stoneglow who "prides themselves" on their 5 star customer service" are somewhat mathematically challenged as most of their reviews are one star! UPDATE: I was curious so I contacted the courier company to ask why the order was returned not once but twice - "incorrect paperwork" I was told is usually the problem as it cannot get through customs without it. Brexit was a while ago now, so if offering shipping Internationally I would have thought that by now the paperwork requirements would be clear. it seems not for Stoneglow.

We are a small business and used Stoneglow to manufacture candles on our behalf. The product was late so we missed Christmas sales and most were unsellable due to poor label application. We had to reapply the labels to every candle we sold, completely defeating the point of finding a manufacturer. They took no responsibility and instead blamed our (premium) labels. We were eventually given a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture which was an insult quite frankly. A horrible experience that was incredibly stressful and ended up losing us both time and money.
