Wanted to add additional vehicle to my insurance but couldnt even get through on the phone. The live chat was useless to. Had to take another insurance policy out to take my new bike home because of this

This company is a scam stay clear. I took out classic car insurance with grove and dean via money supermarket. All details where submitted into money supermarket and I purchased the insurance and the details where the same on grove and dean policy details. 2 days later I get an email to contact them regarding my policy or else rhe it would be cancelled. I contacted them to see what the issue was and the said that some of the modifications to the car weren't on the policy even though I have a copy of the policy statement showing all of the modifications I have done. This is just a scam to get you to pay more money for coverage etc. Please stay well clear as its cost me 55 to cancel of the first day of the the policy start date
