I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes and no one has answered. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Currently been on hold for 33 mins trying to make a change to my policy. Something any other firm lets you do online. Clearly don't employ anyone to answer the phone.

There should be a no stars option here as thats what Go-girl deserve! My advice is to AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague! My sons car has been with them since the accident on March 30th and they are yet to even find a garage to sort repairs. No courtesy car provided, even though it is advertised all over their page. They also advertise cheap cover for younger drivers?? Really? They hit me with a premium of 5700 after the accident, after I had already paid 2200 for the year, simply because he didnt inform them that he had passed his test and was no longer a provisional license holder! If I didnt pay it I would effectively be uninsured and the claim would be void. Payable within 7 days or policy cancelled!! Ive spent hours on hold being passed from 1 department to another and getting nowhere. No departments seem to know what the other is doing! Another email arrived yesterday asking for information which should have been requested weeks ago! All delay tactics as far as Im concerned, absolutely disgusting, I dont usually leave bad reviews, but people need to be aware of how this company treats their customers. Shocking!
