        Shocking wait on hold 37mins then got cut off back at Qno 7 again? Took a total of 5 calls & hours tp get through. The call back system doesnt work either a real joke!. Totally unhelpful boarderline rude abrupt staff who have no time for customers clearly. Very Poor indeed.

        I have black taxi insurance with this firm as the underwriters and after a smashed rear windscreen i have nothing but hassle trying to get it fixed , its not just them but every firm they continually pass you onto. They wont honour there own policy wording.THEY LIE CONSTANTLY shocking. AVOID AVOID.
