        We've stayed there a few times and thought for the price this wasn't too bad even though there has always been an issue. This however will be our last time as from the start the front of house staff were rude, the bed was bowed and we woke up with aches. We reported this but nothing was done about it. The cleaning staff entered our room twice when we were sleeping and the another 2 times knocked on the door whilst we were getting ready even though we'd told them we don't need the room cleaned or serviced. The batteries for the TV remote were dead. The iron was like warm and useless for ironing clothes. The room was hot to the point we were sweating during the night. To top it off I left my wedding ring on the bed and having phoned back I was told it had not been handed in by staff. I went up there only for the next guests to let me have a look around the room even though I knew it was taken by the cleaning staff and not handed in. The issue with the bed wasn't resolved as the guests were reporting the same issue when I returned to the hotel. Will definitely not be going back there
