And cinemas Safety: Repairs needed. I travelled with my auntie who is visually impaired was stuck in the lift as buttons were broken and they replaced the 6 button with a down button Walkability: The mercury mall the brewery mall and liberty mall were very close Food & drinks: Popeyes burger king McDonald's kfc subway greggs within a 5 min walk

(Translated by Google) The apartment was nice and big, but a lot of things were broken, such as the sofa, the shelf, the shower head. The front desk wasn't there the whole weekend, which means you couldn't even change rooms, which would have been necessary because there was water damage in one room. Wifi didn't work and they told us this was a citywide problem but once in town it was public wifi which means they lied to us to cover up the wifi not working. It stunk a lot!! Some of the walls were very dirty and we didn't have a contact person, which was urgently needed. There have 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people and 3 next .... We felt comfortable because everything was very nice, especially the balcony, but aspects such as the stench, WiFi, no contact person are essential! (Original) Das Apartment ist schn und gro gewesen, jedoch waren sehr viele Sachen kaputt wie zum Beispiel das Sofa das Regal der Duschkopf. Die Rezeption war das ganze Wochenende nicht da, das bedeutet man konnte nicht mal Zimmer Wechseln was notwendig gewesen wre, da in einem Zimmer Wasserschaden war. WLAN funktionierte nicht und sie haben uns gesagt dies wre in der ganzen Stadt das Problem aber sobald man in der Stadt war hatte man ffentliches Wlan, das bedeutet sie haben uns angelogen, um zu vertuschen, dass das Wlan nicht geht. Es hat sehr gestunken!! Teilweise waren die Wnde sehr dreckig und wir hatten keinen Ansprechpartner, was dringend notwendig gewesen wre. Es hab 2 Klopapier rollen fr 4 Personen und 3 nchste . Wir haben uns wohl gefhlt, da alles in allem sehr schn war Vorallem der Balkon aber die Aspekte wie Gestank, wlan, kein Ansprechpartner sind essential!!

Not sure how many 's to give. The location of the apartment is brilliant as it's so close to train station, shops, pubs etc. We had a really nice stay and had talked about returning before Christmas. Train runs behind building every few minutes which isnt too bad once windows are closed. When we entered the apartment our first thought was that it could do with a bit of TLC. Although it was "clean" it was worn. We immediately took pictures of all the faults as we had paid the 375 security deposit and it was just as well we did as 3 days after checkout we received an email to say that 80 would be charged due to the red penmark on the wall. This was here when we checked in but according to them it wasnt when they inspected it after the last guests?? Luckily we had the photos with time and date stamp to forward them. Recieved the deposit refund eventually but no apology!! Advice to anyone is to do the same and inform reception of any issues like that straight away.
