The owner did my hair as the lady I usually go to was busy. I came to get my normal twist and she suggested a trim which I agreed to but the technique she used was very questionable just cutting without any form of direction or styling my hair is different length and much shorter and honestly I dislike it as my hair is really short . The lady that did my twist was really lovely tho . Service: Hairstyling

The experience and abuse my daughter suffered from this salon is enough to close them down from public performance, the stylist are all very rude, lack customer service, lack communication and they are thief too, we agreed 120 for knotless braid, got there with appointment option booked on the day the owner of the salon Marta travelled out of the country without contacting her client she's away with appointment booked, other staffs Agnes said they can do the job but come back at 2pm we came back said she's busy come back the next day, the staff was 1 hour late, starts on the hair half way through she said she have a function to attend will be back at 4pm and another lady said she can continue the hair for another extra 40 otherwise we can go else where after starting doing the hair, she want to charge more. they left me half naked hair not complete and when l said am taking my daughter away she grab my daughter's head to want to take out the lines she did on a 18 years old lady, this is so bad that this business is passed to trade in the public, this is the second time that safeguarding is being compromised, l will not recommend anyone to use their service, they are not good for purpose, overpriced, rude and much dirty environments to be servicing the public. A lovely salon in Dagenham Heathway completed the job for 100. Marta the owner needs training in customer service

Came here to get my nails done because my usual salon was fully booked. Was able to be seen straight away with no wait. The salon was quite untidy, dirty and disorganised; it has not been kept well which made me a bit uncomfortable. I probably wouldnt go back unless I was desperate like I was today. Nevertheless, they did a a good job with my nails. It was only 33 for gel on my hands and feet. They dont take card, so be sure to bring cash with you.
