Dixy Chicken

Food arrived on time but my chicken was undercooked and it was disgusting. I will not be ordering from Dixy chicken, images been sent to health inspector.

Absolutely horrified by this level of non existent service. All my food was Pink. Very under cooked. To the point where I had to put it in the oven for my children, before they could eat it. Some of which went in the bin as I didn't want to heat lettuce and mayo! I called the shop Manager said he would replace the meals. I called today. One guy said call at 4. He will put it all on fresh. Just called they hung up. Incredibly rude. Never ever again will I order from here. Can I have the official complaints process please. Also want a refund. I no longer want the replacement. Maybe a health contractor needs to visit this place? Sending out raw food. Side note: Just popped in after finishing work. Asked for the complaints process. Was told there wasn't one. Didn't even ask why. I said I'd received very uncooked food. Looked at me like I was in the wrong.! I asked if he was the one I spoke to , who hung up on me. Didn't say a word. Is this correct there is no formal complaints process? I'd like some advise please. Thank you.

Love their chicken and chips! Moved recently from another east London area that has loads of chicken and chips shops naturally my standards are high. This Dixy branch never disappoints, fresh chicken and chips, tender succulent and their kebab rolls especially tasty! Every time I order I am never disappointed and would definitely recommend to all! SJ

Absolute disgrace made me sick after eating here definitely the worst chicken and chips I've had in my life.

I've seen them cooked their chicken and fries in the same frier, hence the chips tastingblike chicken. Been told I'll wait 5 mins for my order only for it to take about 15 mins I also think they prepare the raw chicken in the same place as their pizzas as the coating somewhat tasted like pizza dough, and there was also tomato sauce underneath the coating
