        MASSIVELY overpriced for what it is, got the only veggie burger on the menu and it was just mush, just soggy slimy mush. The chips are nothing but soggy and pathetic. They double the price and say 50% off to attract customers. And I know it's naga so it's supposed to be really hot but almost everything on the menu is Naga; would be nice if they had some mildly less spicy options.

        Very Disappointed, Had used these before, but this time ordered at 7pm, didn't get order till 9.20, and it was barley warm. app said order is on its way at 8.00. I am 5 minutes tops from shop. unacceptable customer service.

        Worst experience ever! I ordered thru Uber. I requested that they dont put too much sauce. What did they do? They DRENCHED it in sauce. My old aunt couldnt eat it. She wanted to try the naga wings, but said a little spice or even they could add the sauce on the side. I ordered a burger and I asked for sweet chilli sauce. Guess what? My burger was DRENCHED also!!! Horrible experience, never seen this much incompetence especially dealing with food!!! AVOID THIS SAD SAD PLACE!!!

        Worst chicken shop in Romford by far, even worse than spice hut! Ridiculous prices, even for a portion of wings. They think that the chili sauce they make justifies the price they demand. The quality of the chicken is very poor and seems to me to be from a pigeon rather than a chicken. Small portion sizes as well. Avoid this place and go to Tasty instead, they serve much better food there!
