        Very nice Photo Store in Romford, next to Liberty Mall entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. Good prices.

        I did not go into the store (as of just yet) as I wanted to confirm a few things. I used a 'contact us form' on the website and within 2 minutes I had a response from a lady called Luisa. Luisa answered my questions to the best of her ability and even went over it for me after me not fully understanding! I will be now coming down to the shop and developing photos, as I now have the understanding. Many thanks to Luisa, she was brilliant - an asset to your company.

        Be careful with these people. Based on my experience don't pay them ahead without seeing the result. You might surprise by the outcome and is totally different from what you said to them. Today I went there for a passport photo and I asked for a US passport photo and they said we give 4 and the price was 13.99 and I said ok but they gave me a UK passport photo instead. When I asked they gave me 2 US passport-size photos. They simply charge customers for their mistakes and they refused to give 4 as they said earlier. The actual cost was less than half in Ilford than they charged at Snappy Snaps Romford. Avoid if you can and there are lots of places in Ilford that do far less than what they charge here.
