Absolutely disgusting service! Used the firm to get me and my nan to hospital, phoned them to get us back home again after. Was told 15 minutes, 30 mins later no cab, called up to be told there's traffic and the driver will be 10 mins, still no cab, phone back again apparently the driver isn't moving, (google maps showed no traffic in the area) u was then told hes on the same road as the hospital, 15 minutes later , still no cab, I call back go be told ive been allocated a new driver and not to raise my voice , when 2 women answering the phones are rude, unhelpful and basically telling me lies! Its now been 1 hour 10 minutes and im still sat outside the hospital with my nan. Disgusting customer service avoid at all costs

How disgusting people can criticise a firm that worked constantly throughout the pandemic , ensuring all nhs staff made it to work , got home safely delivered all medications from hospitals to patients , all samples to testing centres .. losing numerous valued work colleagues in the process while preparing and delivering daily free food packages to elderly or disabled people unable to get out obviously our phone staff have the hard job of having to prioritise all our incoming calls eg .. great Ormand street hospitals needs being a hospital for babies and children will be a number one priority job and will take priority over an out patient leaving a and e Katie Jarvis because u had a two bit brief part in east Enders did not give u priority over others .. after receiving your foul mouthed shouting abusive calls u should count yourself lucky I did not cancel your transport home altogether the only reason you still got transport from us is because I was aware u had your grandmother with you . Your fake review about highway express is the only good acting to ever come from you I notice u are no longer on our screens good riddance . Maybe elocution lessons or having some manners in future .may help
