awful just listening to a load of irrelevant information going round on a recorded loop - all designed so that you do not speak to anyone. if there is no one working from the council offices and they are all at home let the homeless live there for the winter4

Havering council are literally the worst London borough in London for parking charges for customer service especially bin collection they do not provide bins so all the wildlife ravage the bags and the bin men are so lazy they literally just pick up the bags as they are and whatever falls out on the pavement all on the road they leave it as it is thats just absolutely disgusting and to be charging us almost 2 grand in council tax I have family that live in Barking and Dagenham and the council there is run a lot better family in Tower Hamlets and theyre supposed to be deprived Boroughs Hands down the worst!

tried to contact two members of havering council today both times cut off. is there anyone that answers there phone ,absolute joke.getting paid for nothing.
