Would also like to add that the staff were all busy organising shelfs and sorting books which is nice. Wouldn't we complain if they didn't do this.
I'm happy to use the self-service desk and ask for the help if needed. Which I did do and they were very helpful pointing me in the right direction. Very efficient in my opinion.
