We had a bad water leak in the new kitchen and it caused a large part of the ceiling collapse The Team were beyond outstanding they turned up on time and took care of our kitchen. They were very clean workers and were very professional and friendly. They did and absolutely amazing job and you wouldnt know anything had happened Im very grateful to them! Thank you ! TEB Builders were tasked by LV insurance to identify, dry out and renew our kitchen floor. The whole process went incredibly smoothly. Belfor were tasked to identified the leak and install a dryer and dehumidifier to dry the kitchen floor. TEB then removed the old tiles and adhesive, laid self-levelling compound and the new tiles. A decorator was then tasked to re-decorate the kitchen and a carpenter to create wooden boxing for the new pipe work. Many thanks to Glen, Grant, Geoff and Luke who did a brilliant job restoring the kitchen. They always arrived on time in the morning and cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished. George oversaw the project, kept in regular contact and made sure the job stayed on track. Claire and Lauren in admin, provided excellent communication, answered questions and made payments promptly. I had my concerns after reading some negative reviews but I can honestly say that TEB Builders far exceeded my expectations.
