I have used this same IT company for a number of years: despite needing IT in my work, my knowledge of IT software stretches to basically, what I need to know. I have recent updated my computer and as usual I found the service provide by Richard, to be well-manner, courteous and informative. When engaging in their services, nothing is too much trouble, including being given sound advice, in terms of decision making when wanting to buy an upgraded computer. Once, again I can reiterate that the customer service is to a very good standard.

I was extremely impressed with Richard who provided 1st class professional service in solving my laptop operating system error. He provided regular updates and explained the root cause of the issue coupled with a quick resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend this local business. He was also happy to share his knowledge to help me with a future laptop purchase. Keep up the great work!
