I visited this particular Starbucks location yesterday and I observed how dirty and unkempt it is. The large counter where you collect your beverages was very dirty as well as seeing the guy spilling milk/ingredients and carrying on making drinks on dirty work counters as if it's nothing! Train your staff to "clean as they go!" You seem to be hiring people who do not know BASIC things such as cleaning up after themselves. Everytime he placed a prepared drink on the sticky, wet counter, customers' cups became sticky underneath! Stop working over dirty, sticky counters and it doesn't hurt to clean up spills every now and then! Also, tables aren't being cleared often enough- this whole branch is simply dirty and before they remodelled, it used to be kept in a much cleaner condition which made it a more inviting atmosphere.

They never make your coffee correctly, they always forget to add whatever syrup you asked for, and it always ends up tasting like lukewarm milk and something that feels like coffee, but is not coffee. Go to the one inside them mall. This staff is frankly not fit for service and not worth your time or your money to spend.
