Romford Alterations

A winter jacket I had for a few years needed a new zip. Given the great reviews I decided to use Romford Alterations and I don't regret it. The new zip is a perfect match for colour and fits the jacket as if it was the original. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Awful customer service, poor communications and advise given, wasnt happy with alteration, no empathy that they wasnt right and wanted to charge again (already paid 30) for a further alteration, not what I expected and should have been put right at no extra cost, had to walk away and now have item thats not fit for wearing and very expensive item, dissatisfied, disappointed and most importantly upset I can no longer wear item unless I spend more money. Yes I would recommend Yes they are good Wow oh wow... Here it goes..... Had to put a door curtain quickly and couldn't find one to fit length wise needed the length of the curtain taken down by a few centimetres.. needed it done same day... We rang and they delivered bit hard to find they are I the older market bit of romford and upstairs just by the cafe and by oh wow we went to pick up and if they had not shown me the ofcut it didn't look done and that's not a insult there stitching is amazing freindly staff quick service and excellent customer service highly recommend these people
