PAYA Cuisine (Romford)

This shop is ridiculous. They NEVER get my order right! I order online and over the phone with details about my allergies and they still find a way to make it into my food. This isn't even the first second or third time this has happened! That's it I'm no longer ordering from here and if I was you, I would not waste your time. Very disappointing

This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Avoid!! Placed an order through their website, they took the 30 from my bank then decided to decline my order but didnt give me my money back. Was left 30 down with no food!! Rang and had terrible service from the guy who worked there, was rude and shouted through the phone telling me I had to go there myself (bear in mind Im 9 months pregnant)!! So ridiculous and still waiting for a refund!!

Tried this Chinese after our regular was closed for the night. I think this will now become our regular Chinese. The food had loads of flavour, not greasy. Packaged nicely with clear lids to see the food, the sauce pots were in a tray so no risk of leaking in the delivery bag. The food was also nice and hot, and the chips were good and not rock hard like most are from chinese takeaways.

Their food is bad. Your taste is rubbish if you enjoy this Chinese. Ordered 4 different meals and everything was tasteless.

Over expensive food and me and my girlfriend got serious food poisoning from there so avoid this place
