Haven House Children's Hospice Shop

It is a pleasure when I go into the shop , the staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The windows and shop always look nice and the displays are very colourful. For this standard the Person in charge and the staff must work very hard to keep it looking so nice

Awful staff, very rude how they speak to customers and other members of staff who I presume are volunteers one customer actually left for this reason, very ignorant and need to learn some manners. If it wasn't a chairty shop I would complain.

was in the shop today someone asked if they could have 2 off a coat and was told no it is the price om the ticket. A romanian lady purchased an armful of baby clothes and party dresses the assistant let her have the whole lot for 11.25 where is the fairness and equality here. lh

Have been coming to this shop for a long time but experienced bad customer service on my last visit by shop Manager. Was very rude and unhelpful and spoke rudely to myself and other (what I assume) are volunteers- need to remember some manners and that it is a CHARITY shop. You want to encourage people to come back not turn them off! The prices have also gone up and some items are more money than buying new.
