I ordered and collected a cake for my mums birthday today and ordered candles and balloon online however bought it elsewhere as was cheaper and wanted to return the unused candles and balloon. The Asian girl said with 100% confidence - there is no returns when ordered online..I asked if she is sure and to double check with the manager. She says manager not available currently hence cant do the return. I said double check with a colleague and its not my problem manager not available. Then her colleague walks out and accepts candle return but says we cant return the balloon as its already blown up. Pretty shocked as I am always asked in every shop if the balloon needs blowing or not as I may have event later in a few days and not necessarily today. Cake box please train your staff better as a customer i am eligible for items not used! Please think before you speak and make sure you are confident of the answer and double check if unsure

Although the cakes are beautiful don't ever order the cupcakes they are awful we had a delivery yesterday for my husbands birthday and they were hard an tasteless. Also totally different tomhow they're aew on the photos
