One star is far too generous. Trying to deal with this company regarding business rates. Taken nearly 4 months so far to try and get some sense out of them regarding payments made towards this year and last year's bill. Totally unacceptable level of service.

They don't reply to your emails, they don't even email you when you ask them during your phone conversation. Their system is rubbish, because when you go online, it doesn't show you how much you owe them or what is outstanding balance, after you paid part of the whole payment. They discreetly come to your door to drop the letter and later say that they visited the property and no one answered the door, which allows them to charge additional costs. Takes ages to answer the phones.

Had a visit from Lee Goodwin this morning, after speaking to their agents yesterday about an existing payment plan in place which is up to date agents still persist to attend for removal of goods and leaving empty handed. I was assaulted by this agent who seems to think they can operate with impunity, I have reported his crime to police and this will be highlighted in an email, I won't hold my breath for a reply however. Whoever licenses people like this to operate will also be made aware of his actions I seriously question that wether people like this should be allowed to operate. RIP JEROME ROGERS, if you don't know his story please look at the consequences your actions can have on people. One PORK enforcement
