the tea is amazing and really delicious! i really like how you can customise the sweetness and there are so many different flavours to choose from! i ordered strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls at 25% sugar and i definitely recommend it!

Happy with my order. Classic milk tea and fruit tea safest to pick! I had my sugar adjusted to 100% as im used to sweet from (50% in philippines), sticked to regular ice Its all diff bubble tea shops in london, so explore and request measures til u find your perfect sip

I popped in with my friend today around 1pm. We were the only customers. But there was another guy who was chatting with staff. He was talking extremely loud i barely could hear myself or lady who took my order. Staff girls were so into chatting with that guy that they forgot about us - their customers. I asked for 25% sweetness but it tasted way sweeter than that. Overall experience..don't feel like coming back as bobba drink wasn't made properly and we didn't feel welcome there as we interrupted staff chatting. Few minutes away there's amazing boba tea shop which is miles away better than this place. We only came to Mooboo as that shop was closed for renovation. Note to owner : please train your staff properly or get new ones not to loose all customers!
