This place is a disgrace. Booked strip eyelashes via treatwell. Told either i have my own or buy some from them. No mention of this prior to appointment. Another female member of staff who claimed to be the manager then said there was a special offer on the day before which is why you have to bring your own for todays appointment. Obviously treatwell refunded the amount paid but just to warn others of this place. This place is always empty and now i understand why. Service: Eyelash extensions

DO NOT GO, SCAMMERS. When we went to pay, they stated that they thought they deserved more money since she did more than we asked (not true, we specifically asked to do whatever services comes within that price) and went against the agreed upon price by nearly double! The manager refused to give us our change and instead said that she'll just keep the whole note because she 'deserved it'. The most baffling and awkward display of service I've ever seen. Pure scammers. Additionally, a previous customer came in while we were there and complained about how poor her lashes were (which she got done at this place) and they were very rude in speaking to her and were very catty about her once she had left (they thought I wouldn't understand what they were saying about her in their language but I did). I have never seen a more amateur and unprofessional group of women in my life. There are plenty of other salons who will treat you with more respect with a higher quality of work and are more deserving of your business. Please look elsewhere. Service: Makeup services

Had voucher for myself and a friend. Conveniently placed but very poor service. Date and time messed up on 2 occasions. Communication over the phone was not good. We had an hour back massage each booked and was only given 45 minutes each, half of the time with an experienced massager and the other half with a new girl who told me I was her first client but was feeling unwell. In all very disappointed.
