        June 2021- Updates: I went and had a brow lamination and wanted to give her the benefit of doubt. Well safe to say attitude was still a bit off. She was talking in an Essex accent and about how much she earned. So that will be the last time I give my money and last review I write.Screenshotting my name and comment for instagram is not on. So unprofessional. Other times I have had my brows done by Billie she was friendly and chatty. The last time she was quite off and rude. It seemed like she was rushing to get me out of the door and wasn't chatty. I left feeling irritated. Maybe I don't fit the essex voice/fake lips clientele they have on Instagram and the new image Bilie is going for. Won't be back. Edited: Even if you had a bad day that doesn't mean you make your clients feel this way.
