Such lovely ladies, I always get my hair done there and they always make me feel happy and pretty afterwards. They always put in 110% if not more of their effort, into their styling. I love them and I will always come back here :)

I took my 4 year old in as we were shopping in Romford and couldnt get an appointment at his usual salon. The receptionist confirmed they do cut childrens hair and confirmed they had availability. The stylist she assigned us to was awful. She was very rough with her handling of my son, didnt talk to him and kept huffing and puffing every time he moved (hes four years old). she didnt listen to what I wanted from the cut, sprayed water in his face and shaved his hair so close to his skin ,then kept banging the clippers off his head and holding his head with her fingers tightly, her long nails meant that she couldnt hold the scissors properly so she kept dropping them. In the end I had to ask her to stop as she was hurting him. The hair cut at this stage was terrible, so a male colleague took over and tried to blend it and improve the style. His approach was much kinder, he spoke to my son and told him what he was doing and reassured him, exactly what Id expect from an experienced stylist. The woman stood looking at us giving us terrible looks and then stormed out. The whole experience was totally unprofessional. The woman stylist was so aggressive and rude that she doesnt appear to be suited to the role and seemed psychotic. When I explained to the receptionist that I was upset by the experience. She said that the female stylist was having personal issues with her son. I explained this isnt our problem and she shouldnt behave like this at work. I was still asked to pay full price for a style I didnt ask for and an experience that has probably affected my son, so I will never return to this salon again. Although the male stylist did his best to fix the style. I do believe I shouldnt have been expected to pay for it. Service: Hairstyling
