Charlie is a lovely girl but definitely didnt deliver the service I paid for. I came in for a toner, cut and blow dry. The toner did absolutely nothing, my hair was as blonde as when I first stepped foot into the salon, yet I ended up paying full price. I understand that she used the product on my hair, however, as a hairdresser you should know what works and what doesnt - as this was her mistake, she should of never charged for the toner.
