        Staff are very polite and the bread rolls are the best in Romford. There is so little cream in the Viennese fingers, its almost a rip-off. Theres a tiny slither down the middle barely holding the sides together. Very disappointing. Percy Ingles does a far better one.

        Very disappointing service today especially as a first time customer. I am always especially polite/friendly as worked in retail for many years and like to be respectful. Items bought were fairly pricey and not actually very good quality. In times like these where money is tight and things like this are a treat it makes you think twice about returning.

        I have been coming to buy food from this place almost everyday for months, but this lady Migena have absolutely 0 respect and no manners. Shes like what you what aggressively, no hello or anything just standing there looking at you. Came to buy food left feeling attacked. Horrible will not be coming back ever
