        Complete waste of time. Would have given no stars at all if possible.

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. My friend is a regular customer there. He has bought many things from them, giving them business. The other day he went in there and was having a look at some of the lighters there. He asked a tall bold man ( dont know his name) why a lighter was so expensive (35) and didnt work. The man proceeded to tell him to Go away. Being a second hand shop/ antique shop of course you ask these questions to see why they are priced the way they are, eg if they are silver etc. for him to say go away i find very very rude. Stressing the fact that he is a regular customer there and has bought many things Such as our display cabinet and many antique things we have put it in ( all bought from them!). Anyway besides the point at that time he had bought a different lighter and because of this encounter he returned it and asked for refund and he will NEVER be going there again. That is not how you speak to customers in general especially regular ones.
