I've tried to give it the benefit of the doubt now, three times, and Sunday was the final straw. The landlord, who seems to favour coffee and facebook instead of serving beer, was making hard work of serving about four meals and the barmaid seemed to have little idea how to make eye contact and seeing who is waiting to be served, gave up after ten minutes waiting.
Shame really, as it is a proper old school type of pub, but hey ho, keep serving coffee and good bye
