Design a Sign

A total joke! Terrible service! We ordered a front door sign and 4 parking plates. After chasing with NO answer (emails and phone calls), 2 weeks later we received our parcel with the front door sign only, no parking plates. Pointless to say that we have had no response from the staff. We paid, we didn't get the product and we are not getting an answer....a good matter for our legal department! Worst service around.

WARNING - Company seems fraudulent! I ordered signs about a month ago. Originally I was promised that they will arrive within a few days, they still didnt. Its very difficult to receive responses to e-Mails. But each time I do get one they say that they are working on it and that they should be delivered soon. I now cancelled my order, but didnt receive a confirmation that I will receive a refund. Very frustrating! I now ordered the signs elsewhere. And I am not very hopeful that I will get my money back from DesignASign.

Delivery of our sign was much faster than we anticipated, the quality was great so have ordered another (and will be ordering another for a different location in the next few weeks) excellent customer service and kept us in the loop with artwork and delivery times
