Design A House Sign

After 5 months of correspondence, I have received neither the sign or my money back. It was a sign for a wedding present for their new house so Im really annoyed. How did others manage to get a refund??

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Useless company multiple emails and multiple lies telling me my order has been dispatched. No response to my refund request.

Dreadful. In the 'order notes' section on the order form, I specified no holes to be drilled in the sign. When the sign arrived, it had holes in it. When I complained, I was told that the 'order notes' section relates to delivery options, not the order itself. At least they are offering me a refund.

We ordered a custom house sign at the beginning of October. When it finally arrived about 3 weeks later, the punctuation was missing off the sign, but the spacing for the punctuation was still there between the letters, so it looks strange and unprofessional. I went back to check the order confirmation and the punctuation was clearly visible on the generated preview. Contacted customer support about this twice via email and waited several days for a response with no response. Will never be ordering from here again, and a complete waste of 33.

The sign was actually very smart but it took seven weeks to arrive with both the first and the second ones anot arriving. Once I finally did get the sign (black slate) it looks super and will look very smart once in situ.
