I wanted to say a big thank you to Caroline from Vale and Marsh for the most wonderful house viewing yesterday. Caroline was professional but so warm and welcoming, hugely knowledgeable about the property and the area, interested in finding out about me and my move but not pressuring and it was honestly a real pleasure in comparison to the normal type of viewing. Vale & Marsh have provided me (as a landlord) with excellent service for the last 10 years and before that (as a tenant) for 6 months. I have recently re let my property and all the paperwork has been done in about 2 weeks which is the short period after the previous tenant left. In addition Caroline has organised some minor plumbing and electrical work in that period and I am still using the same decorator that they introduced me to 10 years ago.

Myself and my partner would like to sincerely thank Caroline for taking the time out of her evening by staying on past closing hours and for going above and beyond for us.
