        Have used Pick & Fix Locksmiths previously and was more than happy to use them again recently. Carl is a great guy who offers a first class service, he arranged an appointment speedily and the work was carried out very efficiently and was good value for money. Happy to give 5 *****

        Contacted live chat 7pm asking about van locks Google stated 15 min response got a reply 26 hours later stating do can't help with this vehicle!!! Why my any thanks

        First contact was through messenger chat, which was responded to very quick. Then received good advice over the phone, and an appointment was booked (not an emergency, due to having other door access). Turned up at the appointed time, and opened the door, showing me exactly what had failed in the lock. Left me with a working door that could be locked, whilst a new part was ordered. Returned a few days later and fitted the new part. Also adjusted the door to fit the frame better. Very good service, and a very good price. Hopefully won't need again, but I would recommend them.
