        This is a wonderful spa so calm and chilled out! There wasn't many people using the spa when we were there ( Monday afternoon) which meant it felt quite exclusive. I would definitely recommend.

        Nightmare my son booked me and a friend a day at the spa with a treatment, got a phone call to say they werent open on the Wednesday so could i change it to the Thursday i said yes 10am they said for the inconvenience i could have a extra treatment, we arrived they said we had only been booked in to use spa no treatments had been put in and they couldn't fit us in and spa was open on the Wednesday? Have left it in my sons hands merry xmas .

        I booked a twilight spa for my partner and I, on arrival it took around 15 mins for anyone to even acknowledge we had arrived. The spa stinks- like an eggy drainage smell, especially the indoor hot tubs, the large hot tub didnt work properly and the water was disgusting. There was no water available, I paid for Prosecco which was not received despite asking twice for it. There were candles scattered around which had all gone out then staff came and blew the others out- no ambience for a twilight spa. Not worth the money. Avoid
