        Following a visit to Barnard Castle decided to visit Rokeby. Surprised by the varied contents of the property including the wall covering in the Print Room and of course the exquisite needlework paintings. All around the property we were met with very knowledgeable guides who gave us a great explanation of the rooms and family history of the various owners. Well worth the visit. Do your homework re: visiting as limited opening times.
